Please note that we utilize various carrier services for each shipping option, and it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. More information can be found in your Account.

When you order items totaling $99 or more from KyoStore.com, you are eligible for FREE Standard shipping! (No per-item shipping charges, either!) Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enjoy free shipping on your preferred products!

The Free Standard shipping promotional offer is valid for new orders shipping to the eligible locations mentioned above. It does not apply to split shipping to multiple addresses. No code is required, and the offer is subject to change without prior notification.

Pre-Orders

If an order includes items that are not on pre-order, we will ship those items as they become available. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the combined total of all pre-order and in-stock items.

To place pre-orders, a valid credit card is required, and an authorization may be held until the product is ready to ship. Charges will not be processed until the item ships. Orders may be canceled if the credit card on file is not valid at the time of shipment.
